I keep hearing the same thing from people who tell me they want to buy Bitcoin:

**“I'm waiting.”**

Waiting for a better price.

Waiting for the Fed.

Waiting for the economy to settle down.

Waiting for Bitcoin to feel a little safer.

I understand it. But after being around Bitcoin since it was barely over $1, I've learned something:

**Bitcoin rarely feels safe when the opportunity is greatest.**

When Bitcoin falls, people get scared and wait.

When it starts recovering, they think they missed the bottom and wait.

When it breaks out, they wait for the pullback.

And when everyone finally feels comfortable buying it again, Bitcoin is usually much more expensive.

## Stop Trying to Find the Perfect Price

If you believe Bitcoin could eventually be worth $500,000, $1 million or more, ask yourself a simple question:

**Will the difference between buying Bitcoin at $75,000, $80,000 or even $90,000 matter nearly as much as whether you accumulated enough Bitcoin in the first place?**

I don't know where Bitcoin will trade next week.

Nobody does.

It could fall substantially before going higher.

That's why I'm not trying to perfectly time Bitcoin.

**I'm accumulating it.**

There is a huge difference.

I'm not suggesting anyone put their life savings into Bitcoin. I'm not saying Bitcoin is risk-free. And I'm certainly not promising where the price goes next.

I'm simply saying that if you've done your research, believe in Bitcoin's long-term thesis and have been telling yourself for months that you're going to buy...

**What exactly are you waiting for?**

Because there will always be another reason not to buy.

Another Fed meeting. Another election. Another recession scare. Another war. Another correction. Another headline.

I've watched those reasons change for more than a decade.

Bitcoin's maximum supply hasn't.

**21 million.**

So instead of asking myself whether today's price is perfect, I ask a different question:

**Ten years from now, will I wish I had accumulated more Bitcoin while I still could?**

For me, the answer is easy.

**My view hasn't changed: think long, act early.**
