Three months.

That’s roughly what separates us from the end of 2026.

Bitcoin is trading around **$86,000 today**.

I believe there is a very real possibility we see **$200,000 Bitcoin before the year is over.**

That’s more than a doubling from here.

Is $200,000 guaranteed? Absolutely not. Bitcoin would need to rise roughly **130%** from today’s level, and anyone who tells you that outcome is certain is selling you something.

But look at what’s happening underneath the price.

**$6.34 Billion Just Entered Bitcoin ETFs**

U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs attracted approximately **$6.34 billion in net new money during Q3 alone**.

Bitcoin rose nearly **43% during the quarter**, its strongest quarter since late 2024\.

Then something even more interesting happened.

Bitcoin ETFs recently went on a **nine-day streak that attracted approximately $3.1 billion**. BlackRock’s IBIT alone brought in about **$1.6 billion** during that run.

After one day of outflows, the money started coming back again: U.S. Bitcoin ETFs recorded another **$102.7 million of net inflows on October 1**, with BlackRock’s fund taking in about $195.6 million.

This isn’t 2017.

The infrastructure for enormous pools of capital to buy Bitcoin now exists.

**$200,000 Isn’t Some Number I Pulled Out of Thin Air**

CoinShares has previously described approximately **$200,000 Bitcoin by the end of 2026 as achievable** under its base-case outlook.

Other forecasts are even more aggressive: Tom Lee has publicly discussed a roughly **$250,000 year-end target**.

Citi is considerably more conservative. It just increased its 12-month Bitcoin target from **$82,000 to $113,000**, citing activity, macro conditions and ETF flows.

Nobody knows which forecast will be right.

But here’s what interests me:

**Bitcoin doesn’t need everyone to believe in $200,000.**

It needs demand to keep increasing against an asset whose ultimate supply is capped at 21 million.

And we’re already watching billions of dollars move in.

**Imagine Waking Up to $100,000 Bitcoin**

Then $110,000.

Then $125,000.

Suddenly the person who has been “thinking about buying some Bitcoin” starts paying attention.

At $150,000, the conversation changes again.

The headlines get louder.

Friends start talking about it.

People who waited at $86,000 suddenly convince themselves that $150,000 is a good entry because now Bitcoin feels “safe.”

**I’ve watched versions of this movie before.**

Human beings have an incredible ability to ignore an asset while it’s sitting in front of them and desperately want it after everyone else wants it.

That’s why I keep buying Bitcoin.

**The Window I Care About Is Right Now**

If you’re in the highest-earning period of your life, ask yourself a question:

**What are you converting those earnings into?**

More cash?

Another car?

Another watch?

Or ownership of an asset that I believe could eventually become one of the world’s most important stores of wealth?

And you don’t need to be wealthy to understand the principle.

$1,000 matters.

$10,000 matters.

One Bitcoin matters.

Ten Bitcoin matters.

The amounts are different. **The idea is the same: convert some of today’s work into an asset you believe can matter enormously tomorrow.**

My long-term prediction remains **$1 million Bitcoin**.

That’s my prediction—not a promise.

But before Bitcoin ever gets there, it has to pass $100,000 again.

Then $125,000.

Then $150,000.

And eventually $200,000.

I believe we may be about to discover just how quickly those numbers can arrive.

**If Bitcoin is $200,000 in December, the question won’t be whether you should have bought at $86,000.**

**The question will be why you kept waiting when you already knew what Bitcoin was.**

**My view hasn’t changed: think long, act early. — Prakash**
